Due to organic growth across the business, they have identified a key requirement for a Site Supervisor to join the business on a full-time basis. They have a proven reputation in their area of expertise with over 80% of tier business coming from repeat business and long-term relationships with Contractors and Builders. 
 
As Site Supervisor you will be responsible for managing a crew of between 10-20 Blue Collar staff (project dependent) and duties will include; preparing pre-starts & toolbox talks, assisting with ITPs, Reviewing Site Drawings, Managing direct labor on site, responsible for man-hours and production rates and commercial reporting.

Selection Criteria: 
 
- 10 years Civil Construction Experience 
- Must have some Concrete experience 
- Career driven and motivated (not a job hopper)
- Proficient with pro-core
- Live up to company core values
