Key responsibilities:
- Assist in finalising subcontractor packages and variations
- Manage and track progress claims, RFIs, EOTs, and contract correspondence
- Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams
- Ensure all documentation is up to date and compliant for project close-out
- Support the Project Manager with administrative and financial reporting
- 3–5 years of experience in a Contract Administrator role (preferably in residential or mixed-use construction)
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts and documentation (e.g., AS2124, AS4000)
- Proven experience in managing variations, claims, and project reporting
- Ability to hit the ground running in a fast-paced environment
