Our client is a specialist contractor who deliver complex infrastructure projects across various sectors such as Transport, Mining, Oil and Gas, Defence and Marine Sectors. They are a National business with high profile projects in QLD, NT, WA and NSW.
 
They are growing rapidly due to recent government announcements and have identified a critical need for a Project Manager to join a recently awarded project in the Mining sector. Managing a small team of staff and have full project responsibility which will include development and control of budgets, reporting of project progress, technical and delivery strategies, risk, project schedules, deliverables, commercial and procurement arrangements. Scopes of work include; Civil and Concrete Remediation Works.
 
The role is an immediate requirement and is running a 8/6 FIFO Roster out of Brisbane Airport so applicants should be able to start for the Start of June. It is an initial 6 month contract but based on performance can easily turn into a full time position. We are looking to speak to Engineers who posses the following experience: 
 
- 8 years post graduate experience
- Experience in concrete works  
- Remediation experience is an advantage
- Robust to work in a mining environment
- Driven and capable of leading a small team
