Project Manager - Façade Systems (Glass & Aluminium)

Salary: $110K to $160K + super + vehicle allowance (Negotiable on Experience)
 
About the Role
A well-established façade company in Sydney's Bayside area is seeking an experienced and driven Project Manager to lead the delivery of high-end façade projects across the commercial and residential construction sectors.
This role involves managing full project lifecycles from contract award through to completion. You will be coordinating with clients, consultants, in-house teams, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely and high-quality project outcomes. The work covers a range of aluminium and glass façade systems including curtain walls, window walls, unitised panels, windows and doors.
The ideal candidate will be confident working with detailed architectural drawings and specifications, understands site-based coordination, and has a strong handle on planning, budgeting, and delivery in the façade space.
 
Responsibilities

• Manage façade installation projects from contract award to handover
• Oversee project planning, procurement, scheduling, and cost tracking
• Work closely with architects, builders, engineers and consultants to coordinate project delivery
• Liaise with internal teams including design, production and installation
• Monitor construction progress on site and resolve day-to-day issues
• Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards and quality procedures
• Handle RFIs, variations, design changes and client communications
• Supervise subcontractors and manage on-site safety in line with WHS requirements
• Report on project status, progress claims, and contractual milestones

 
About You

• Project management experience in façade-related projects
• Understanding of façade systems including glazing, curtain walls, aluminium windows and cladding
• Background in construction management, engineering or a related technical field
• Familiar with Australian building codes and façade compliance requirements
• Confident communicator with strong negotiation and client-facing skills
• Experience using project management tools such as MS Project, Procore or similar
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Full driver's licence required (site travel expected within Sydney and occasionally interstate)
