The Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to deliver a legacy project featuring acute logistics, complex sequencing, and exceptional architectural detail.

This role will involve end-to-end project ownership from early planning through to completion working closely with consultants, subcontractors, and a highly capable site team. It's an outstanding opportunity for a hands-on Project Manager who thrives in challenging, high-profile environments and wants to make a statement project on their CV.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead project delivery from preconstruction through to handover
  • Oversee programming, budgeting, and resource management
  • Coordinate consultants, subcontractors, and internal delivery teams
  • Manage stakeholder communication and client expectations
  • Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and compliance standards
  • Drive delivery excellence across cost, time, and performance
About You
  • 5-8+ years' experience in commercial or architectural construction
  • Proven capability delivering complex, design-driven projects
  • Strong leadership, scheduling, and communication skills
  • Excellent stakeholder management and client liaison experience
  • Construction Management degree or equivalent preferred
