This is a exciting opportunity for a Senior Project Manager ready to step up into a Construction Manager position, taking the reins across multiple large-scale refurbishments of existing event spaces, structural upgrades, and rooftop terrace developments.
 
We are looking to implement a 'buffer' management level to free up the CEO. 
 
With projects valued up to $10M, you'll oversee project delivery, drive programming and site performance, and mentor a capable team of PMs, CAs, and Site Managers.

The Role

• Oversee multiple live projects across the Sydney region
• Support and guide Project Managers to ensure smooth delivery
• Lead construction programming, resourcing, and performance tracking
• Liaise closely with directors, consultants, and clients
• Ensure project excellence across safety, quality, and financial outcomes

About You

• Experienced Senior Project Manager or existing Construction Manager
• Background in complex refurbishments, structural upgrades, and fit out
• Skilled in programming, stakeholder management, and leadership
• Confident managing concurrent projects and mentoring teams
• Commercially astute with strong client-facing communication
