CNC Machinist / Operator | Compact Laminate & Joinery Products | Western Sydney | Full-Time | Day Shift | Immediate Start | $40 - $50 Per Hr
About the Role:
An established and fast-growing manufacturer of custom joinery and wet-area systems is seeking an experienced CNC Machinist / Operator to join their production team.
You will be responsible for operating CNC machinery to process compact laminate panels and custom joinery components used in commercial fit-out and partitioning systems.

You will be responsible for operating CNC machinery to process compact laminate panels and custom joinery components used in commercial fit-out and partitioning systems.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain CNC machines (preferably Biesse or similar)
- Read and interpret shop drawings, plans, and cutting lists
- Load, set up, and run compact laminate and similar materials
- Perform basic machine programming and tool-path adjustments
- Ensure quality control and dimensional accuracy
- Conduct routine cleaning and maintenance of machinery
- Collaborate with production, joinery, and warehouse teams
- Adhere to workplace health and safety standards
About You:
- Proven experience operating CNC machinery in a manufacturing or joinery environment
- Ability to read technical drawings and work to precise measurements
- Experience with compact laminate or similar materials (advantageous)
- Mechanically minded with strong attention to detail
- Self-motivated, reliable and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Forklift licence or willingness to obtain (preferred)
- Australian working rights
