Our client is one of NSW largest privately-owned construction companies who turn over in excess of $200M and have a combined workforce of over 100 people nationwide delivering works within federal, state and local governments as well as private institutions.
They have three offices located in NSW, VIC, and NSW and have been operating in the state for nearly 15 years. They are a well-known Tier 2 Civil Contractor.

The Position: Senior Project Manager – $20M TFNSW Road project
Reporting into a Construction Manager you will use your strong stakeholder and project management skills leading and coordinating of all participants on the project, ensuring expectations are understood and agreed, program and design developed and closely monitored, key milestones met, and delivery, performance and financial targets are achieved.
You will benefit from joining projects at the bid stages, value engineering projects you are involved in and essentially having more control over the delivered product.
Salary will depend on experience however a figures over $220K are achievable.
The projects this well-respected contractor deliver are in Road, Water, Rail and Utility sectors from a value of $10M to $50M.

Key skills / desirable background
- Tertiary qualifications relating to construction (civil/structural or construction management)
- A strong programming, financial management and project delivery experience with tier 2 or 3 contractors
- Experience working across Water, Road, Utility and Rail projects
- Stability on your CV is key
- Enough experience to call yourself a Senior PM
