Position: Project Manager

Are you an experienced Project Manager with a passion for delivering high-quality fit-out projects? We are a dynamic, growing fit-out builder looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our team for a 16-week contract. This role will oversee the successful delivery of multiple projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and client expectations are met.
Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage multiple fit-out projects from inception to completion within a 16-week contract period.
• Coordinate all aspects of the project lifecycle, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and resource management.
• Oversee subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure work is completed to the highest standards.
• Manage client relationships and ensure clear communication throughout the project.
• Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and make adjustments to maintain project timelines.
• Conduct site visits and meetings to ensure health and safety regulations are adhered to.
• Prepare and manage project documentation, including contracts, budgets, and reports.
• Ensure that all projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the fit-out or construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of fit-out processes, materials, and industry standards.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
