The Role

• With the basement phase nearly complete, you will take charge of a $15M luxury residential project just getting underway.
• Reporting directly to the Director, you'll lead a full site team, oversee the procurement process, coordinate design efforts, and collaborate closely with your team to ensure the project's successful delivery.
• You'll also manage communications with clients, consultants, designers, and internal teams.

Salary: $230K - $250K, based on experience.
  
Key Requirements

• Degree in Construction Management or a related field
• Proven experience managing multi-story luxury residential projects valued over $15M
• Ability to navigate the complexities of inner-city or high-traffic site work
• Strong knowledge of corporate governance, procurement, financial reporting, and safety protocols
• Client-facing with a solid understanding of the local subcontractor market and excellent project management skills
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and driven by integrity
