Are you an experienced Project Manager with a knack for high-end fit-out refurbishments? We’re a dynamic, boutique fit-out refurb company based in Sydney, and we're seeking a talented Contract Project Manager to lead an exciting $5 million project in the heart of the CBD.
About the Role:
As the Project Manager, you will be at the helm of a prestigious fit-out refurb project, overseeing all aspects from start to finish. Your role will involve:

• Leading the project team and coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers
• Managing project timelines, budgets, and quality standards
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards
• Communicating effectively with clients and stakeholders to keep them informed and satisfied

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans and schedules
• Monitor and report on project progress, addressing any issues or delays
• Manage project costs and ensure financial objectives are met
• Oversee on-site operations and ensure the highest quality of workmanship

Requirements:

• Proven experience in managing high-end fit-out refurb projects
• Strong knowledge of project management principles and techniques
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Ability to handle complex challenges and make sound decisions
• Effective communication and negotiation skills
