Well known and respected builder who operate in QLD NSW and VIC dominate the Industrial market and are looking for some key staff to assist them with their QLD projects, where the team is ever growing. Their offices are located on the southside of Brisbane.

Their QLD branch have been operating for nearly 15 years and they are known for delivering Industrial projects to a value of $50M.
  
The role – Project Manager
We are looking for a Project Manager to join the QLD team. You will be seen is a key part of the business and will initially be looking after a $16M Industrial build located on the south side of Brisbane.
  
Ideal background

• Construction Management degree or trade background 
• Experience working with a commercial builder of a similar size
• Industrial experience would be an advantage, but not essential
• Be well presented, have good communication and be looking for a long term career opportunity 
• Able to lead a team
