The Company

This enviable tier 2 multi disciplined civil contractor have rapidly expanded since their inception back in 1980's. The have secured a portfolio of projects working for TFNSW, Sydney Metro and Westconnex and are now turning over in excess of $75M. Due to the company expanding they are seeking a Project Manager to work across multiple projects throughout Sydney metro. They have a great reputation delivering road, services, rail, bulk earthworks and station upgrades, and you will be working with an experience leadership team who are very supportive.

Skills and Experience

A Construction related degree
Experience working as a PM on Road, Rail and Water infrastructure projects will be highly desirable.
Previous mid tier civil experience is essential
A minimum of 10 year's experience as a Project Manager
Strong financial reporting and an eye for handling variations
Able to lead a team of Project Engineers and Site Engineers
Be able to lead from the front and able to multi task
Someone who is ambitious and self-motivated
A team player.

Culture

Excellent communication and listening to instructions and able to converse with the crew
Excellent knowledge of program delivery and tracking each project milestone effectively.
The managing director comes with over 20 years experience and is looking for someone to help him grow the business
