The Company: 
We re actively seeking a Project Manager for our client who work across the commercial sector delivering fit out and refurbishment projects ranging from $500k to $5m operating across QLD, ACT and NSW.    
 
They have excellent relationship clients working in partnership deliverying D&C projects. They drive excellence through design and are able to deliver on time and on budget through smart Project Management systems.  
 
Although the company is relatively small they pack a punch in terms of their ability to deliver. The business itself has been born out of highly regarded building professionals coming for tier one and tier two contractors so they excellent systems without all the red tape and bureaucracy tier 1 builders can have.  
 
The Project:
This Project Manager opportunity will be based in Canberra to deliver a $5m D&C commercial refurbishment / fit out project. This is essentially one of many projects which will be rolling out in Canberra so we're looking a Project Manager who is looking for a secure long term role where they are able to grow a team around them. 
 

The Candidate: 

We are ideally looking for someone who comes from well regarded buidler wanting to build a team around you while having the flexibility and work life balance a smaller company brings. 
 
You'll be a natural communicator who understand how to foster and build strong relationships with government departments, you'll have a solid understanding of Design and Construct projects driving design (external) & consultants in the first instance, through to delivery.
 
You'll work out of the Canberra office along with a Business Development Manager who is extremely well connected in the local market, You'll have Estimating and Contract Admin support out of Sydney and an on-site Site Manager who will manage all trades and safety etc.
