With endless land mark projects under their belt they are continuing to secure project after project throughout Australia and find themselves in a great position for 2016.

As a builder they deliver projects in the residential, aged care, commercial and education sectors on projects up to a $250M and are one of the largest builders in Australia.

Position

Their Sydney operation has been particularly busy and they have been rewarded for their hard work by securing several new projects including a $30m new build school in the North West. They are looking for a hands on Project Manager to be involved right from the being of the design process and carry it all the way through to hand over. 
 
Ideally they are looking for someone who has some education experience however the Construction Manager you will be reporting into has ambitions to branch out into other sectors including hospitality, health and aged care project so will consider anyone with experience in those sectors.

Requirements

To be successful for the role of a Project Manager you will need: 

• A construction degree background
• A strong Commercial/residential background
• Experience on projects of $10M plus
• Stability on your CV
• Able to write your own programmes
• Able to maintain client relationships
