CGC Recruitment are established experts in providing short term construction and engineering resources to main tier and mid-tier contractors and have again been approached by one of our clients to source a Project Engineer to work in the start up phase of a recently awarded mining project.

The role will be involved right at the front end of the project leasing directly with the Construction Manger and On site PM to establish site set up, have input into design and constructability reviews, develop construction schedules and project forecasting. Scope of works will involve: Bulk Earthworks, Drainage, Road Resurfacing. 

The role is an office based position for an initial 3 month period with site travel perhaps once per fortnight for an overnight stay (flights/accommodation provided) so would be well suited to a Project Engineer who has recently been working away and is keen for some balance being close to home.
