Job description

CGC Recruitment have partnered with a long standing client Nationally who are at the forefront of the infrastructure boom in QLD and deliver major projects across a number of sectors including Roads, Rail, Defence and Resources.

They are currently involved in the delivery of one of Brisbane's most iconic infrastructure projects of the last 20 years and due to peak periods of construction have identified the need a Project Engineer to join the business on a full time basis and execute the Fit Out Scope. Reporting to the Project Manager on site the role will planning, programming, coordinating trades, managing subcontractors and developing work packs.

Scope of works include:

Fit Out- Blockwork, Services Fire/Water/HVAC, Waterproofing, Trades etc

This opportunity is well suited to driven young Project Engineer who are keen to kick on the career to the next level and work on a landmark construction project, working with team of leading engineering professionals who are not only passionate about the project but are also keen to set realistic parameters to train and mentor junior engineers.

Selection Criteria:

- Minimum 4 years + post graduate experience

- Must have Fit-Out experience

- Prior experience with a Tier 1 Contractor would be a advantage

- Able to make key decisions

- Excellent communication and planning skills
