CGC Recruitment have been engaged by a National specialist Contractor who have recently been awarded a raft of challenging projects including the largest Deconstruction program in the Southern Hemisphere.
 
This Australian owned contractor are market leaders within their space and offer bespoke Front-End Engineering and Construction solutions to a wide range of clients making them a key part of the current Construction boom across Australia. They have projects ranging focusing on Deconstruction/Demolition, Detailed Excavation, Asbestos & Hazardous Waste Remediation and Site Preparation Works.
 
Reporting to the Senior Engineer you will be responsible for duties such as preparing, schedule, coordinate and monitor the assigned engineering projects. In addition to this you will perform quality control (budget, schedule, plans, personnel’s performance) and report regularly on project status.
 
Selection Criteria: 
 
- Minimum 5 years experience in Civil/Mechanical Engineering  
- Must possess demonstrated experience in Civil Construction
- Open and experienced working in a remote environment
- Tier 1/2 Contracting experience is preferred
- Clear confident communicator 
 
The project is running a 2/1 FIFO Roster out of Brisbane and is role is a long-term permanent role involved with one of the largest deconstruction projects in the Southern hemisphere.
