A leading national tier 1 commercial building head contractor is seeking an experienced Project Engineer to join their growing Perth team, delivering high-profile commercial projects across the metro area.

This is a great opportunity to step into a well-structured builder known for strong systems, quality delivery, and a solid pipeline of work across $100m+ commercial developments - Hospitals, Commercial, Mixed Use, Student Accommodation etc. 

The Role - Project Engineer

Reporting to the Project Director, you will play a key role in the delivery of complex projects, supporting the team across:

• Procurement and subcontractor engagement
• Program coordination and planning
• Site coordination and technical problem solving
• Managing RFIs, shop drawings and document control
• Supporting site leadership to ensure safety and quality outcomes
• Driving project reporting and progress updates

To be considered, you will ideally have:

• Proven experience as a Project Engineer with experience on commercial construction projects
• Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail
• Confidence managing subcontractors and procurement packages
• Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management
• A proactive mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Relevant construction / engineering qualification
