Job description

We’re working with a national Tier 2 builder delivering a new train station build on Brisbane’s south side. The project is now moving into the fit-out phase, and they are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day site activities.

The Role Reporting to the Project Manager, you will be responsible for supervising the fit-out works, coordinating trades, and ensuring the programme, quality, and safety standards are maintained on site.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Running daily pre-starts and managing site safety
  • Planning and coordinating daily site activities
  • Managing multiple subcontractors and trade packages
  • Monitoring progress and quality of works
Fit-out scopes include:
  • External cladding
  • Base flooring
  • Electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical rough-in
  • Internal framing and linings
  • Wet area construction
  • Services fit-off
  • Minor structural steel and concrete works
About You
  • Proven experience supervising building or commercial fit-out works
  • Strong ability to coordinate multiple subcontractors
  • Confident running a site day to day
  • Safety-focused and well organised
