Negotiating most of their work, they have forged lasting relationships with asset owners, architects, end users and client-side project management which has seen them flourish through a tough period. It is due to this continued success that we are actively looking for a Project Coordinator and or a Project Engineer to join the team on a permanent basis. 
About You: 
We are looking for the next rising star - you could be an accomplished Project Engineer with 5 years’ experience or an aspiring PE with 2 years post grad experience. With the rest of the team coming from tier two builders ideally you will have this experience however tier three / four will be considered. The essential requirements are a Construction related degree, a can do attitude, a desire to own the project from inception to completion including, pricing, procurement, design coordination, deliver and the commercial outcome. Route to PM and above will come over time and as the company grows inline with is 3 year plan.

You must have advanced MS project skills / systems skills and be conversant with construction related software coupled with first rate communication skills and high energy to foster relationships with all stakeholders while maintaining a solid margin.
