It's due to this continued success that we are actively looking for a Junior Engineer / Junior Contracts Administrator to help with estimating, procurement, writing up scopes of work, scheduling and drawing up contracts and Site Supervision. Ideally you will have 1 to 2 years experience working for a small to medium sized builder with a construction management or civil engineering degree. 
  
You must have good computer skills and be conversant with construction related software, have strong communication skills and have the ability to work for a small and busy builder.
