Award-winning commercial refurb and fit out company seeking a Project Coordinator to join its dynamic project delivery team.

This is an outstanding opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to gain hands-on experience working alongside a highly experienced Project Manager on a range of high-end projects in Melbourne.

About the Role:

As project coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of projects from inception to completion. You will be actively involved across all phases—from design coordination and documentation through to procurement and on-site delivery.
  
Key responsibilities include:
  • Preparing all project submissions and documentation
  • Managing and tracking RFIs and shop drawing submittals
  • Coordinating procurement processes and supplier engagement
  • Liaising with subcontractors and consultants
  • Supporting the Project Manager with general project administration and reporting
This role offers exposure to both small and large-scale premium commercial interiors, refurb and workplace projects in a fast-paced, professional environment.
  
About You:
  
To be successful in this role, you will have:
  • A tertiary qualification in Construction Management or a related field
  • A minimum 3-years' experience working with a head contract builder as PC and/or Estimator 
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • A proactive approach with a willingness to learn and take initiative
  • Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to work well within a team
