Piling Supervisor - Marine Wharf Upgrade
We are seeking an experienced Piling Supervisor to join a Tier 2 contractor delivering a major marine wharf upgrade project located in regional Victoria, approximately 2.5 hours south-east of Melbourne.
This is a key site leadership role overseeing complex piling works on a technically challenging marine project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise all piling operations including marine and land-based piling
• Coordinate piling subcontractors, plant, and labour
• Ensure works are delivered safely, to program, and in line with specifications
• Oversee QA, ITPs, and compliance with environmental and marine controls
• Liaise with engineers, project management, and client representatives

About You:

• Proven experience supervising piling works on marine or heavy civil projects
• Strong Tier 1 or Tier 2 contractor background
• Excellent safety leadership and subcontractor management skills
• Ability to work regionally for the duration of the project
