We're recruiting a Junior Project Engineer to join a Tier 2 contractor delivering a marine wharf upgrade project in regional Victoria, approximately 2.5 hours south-east of Melbourne.

This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience on a technically challenging marine project, working alongside experienced engineers and site teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with day-to-day engineering and site coordination
• Support construction planning, scheduling, and reporting
• Manage QA documentation, ITPs, RFIs, and subcontractor coordination
• Monitor progress, safety, and quality on site

About You:

• Degree-qualified in Civil Engineering (or similar)
• 1-3 years' experience on civil or marine projects
• Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude
