The Role

• Lead end-to-end estimating and tendering for commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects
• Support work-winning, risk management and profitable project delivery
• Collaborate with Directors, Project Managers and Business Development teams
• Prepare accurate cost plans, budgets and market-aligned estimates
• Manage subcontractor pricing, trade engagement and tender reviews
• Identify value engineering opportunities and tender risks
• Support bid strategy, negotiations and handover to delivery teams

What You’ll Bring

• Proven experience as a Senior Estimator within commercial construction or fit-out ($3M–$30M projects)
• Strong technical estimating skills and sound commercial judgement
• Established subcontractor and consultant relationships
• Clear communication skills and a collaborative working style
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment
