A well-established and highly regarded food manufacturer is seeking a skilled Maintenance Electrician to join their production facility. This business supplies a range of popular supermarket products and operates to high standards of quality, safety, and compliance.

About the Role

You will be responsible for supporting plant reliability through a mix of preventative maintenance, fault finding, and project-based work. This role suits a hands-on electrician who enjoys problem-solving in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the smooth day-to-day operation of plant and production equipment
• Perform preventative and reactive maintenance across the site
• Diagnose electrical faults and carry out repairs
• Assist with continuous improvement initiatives
• Operate and service manufacturing machinery
• Provide technical support to production teams
• Ensure compliance with Quality, OHS, GMP, and HACCP requirements

Skills & Experience

• Trade-qualified A-Grade Electrician
• Minimum 4 years’ experience in a maintenance role within manufacturing (food or FMCG preferred)
• Experience working with CMMS systems
• Practical, proactive, and safety-focused approach
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Forklift licence advantageous
