You will be responsible for supporting plant reliability through a mix of preventative maintenance, fault finding, and project-based work. This role suits a hands-on electrician who enjoys problem-solving in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the smooth day-to-day operation of plant and production equipment
- Perform preventative and reactive maintenance across the site
- Diagnose electrical faults and carry out repairs
- Assist with continuous improvement initiatives
- Operate and service manufacturing machinery
- Provide technical support to production teams
- Ensure compliance with Quality, OHS, GMP, and HACCP requirements
- Trade-qualified A-Grade Electrician
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in a maintenance role within manufacturing (food or FMCG preferred)
- Experience working with CMMS systems
- Practical, proactive, and safety-focused approach
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Forklift licence advantageous
