Summary 

CGC Recruitment is a specialist recruiter in the construction, engineering and design space. We are delighted to be recruiting an Office Administrator for a company specialising in Architecture and Interior Design.

Our client is a multi-discipline consultancy that has been established for decades in the Australian market. With an open management structure that embodies a diverse, inclusive and flexible workforce for all our employees. Their office is located in North Sydney with views of the harbour.

To be considered for this role, you must have:
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in administration
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Advanced MS Word and Excel skills
  • Interest in HR recruitment support
  • Eager to build a career within Engineering and Construction 
The Role:
  • High level administration
  • Assisting HR and recruitment: so confidence and approach-ability is important 
  • Reception relief as and when required
  • Invoicing and petty cash
  • Adhoc administration 
  • Gaining exposure to projects through occasionally assisting project teams when required
