To be considered for this role, you must have:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in administration
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced MS Word and Excel skills
- Interest in HR recruitment support
- Eager to build a career within Engineering and Construction
- High level administration
- Assisting HR and recruitment: so confidence and approach-ability is important
- Reception relief as and when required
- Invoicing and petty cash
- Adhoc administration
- Gaining exposure to projects through occasionally assisting project teams when required
- Outstanding harbour view offices
- Close knit, friendly and supportive administration team
- Assist with HR related matters and recruitment
