The Company 

For some 20 years this medium sized builder have been delivering fast paced and technical projects in both live commercial and unoccupied  environments which has seen them forge strong relationships with clients, and are known in the market as a well organised and professional company.  
  
The Projects

• Commercial project based in CBD month commercial fit out- The project will be a full fit out with mechanical services refit - all the works are completed at night so needs to be run not supervised so to speak  

The candidate

You will have at least 5 years' experience as a Foreman working on large projects in the commercial fit out /refurb or alike sector. You will be a proven Foreman with the ability to manage a number of contractors in a professional and proactive manner. You will be a effective problem solver with the ability to use your experience and knowledge to foresee issues and offer solid technical advise. 
  
Requirements

You must be a driven and motivated with a strong work ethic and be a team player. 
You must have a current first aid certificate 
Ideally you will be a trade qualified foreman who is able to start immediately looking for a long term career opportunity.
