M&E Supervisor - Water Infrastructure Project (Newcastle, NSW)
We are currently seeking an experienced M&E Supervisor to join a major water infrastructure project based in the Newcastle, NSW region. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the delivery of a high-profile project with an 18-month duration.
 
The Role:
 
As the M&E Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation, testing, and commissioning of mechanical and electrical systems across the project. You'll work closely with site teams, subcontractors, and project management to ensure works are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise day-to-day M&E installation works on site
  • Coordinate and manage subcontractors and trades
  • Oversee testing and commissioning activities
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards
  • Monitor progress against programme and report on milestones
  • Resolve technical and site-based issues as they arise
About You:
  • Trade-qualified with a background in Mechanical (Plumbing) or Electrical
  • Proven experience supervising M&E works, ideally within water or infrastructure projects
  • Strong understanding of installation, testing, and commissioning processes
  • Ability to lead teams and drive productivity on site
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
