About the Business
This business is one of Australia’s leading supplier of architectural acoustic products. They are a family run business who have been operating for 50 years and succeeding in all areas of projects, culture and employee satisfaction. 
Due to growth, the business is now seeking a Marketing Manager to work autonomously and bring exciting new ideas.

Responsibilities
Marketing strategy - In coordination with the Managing Director, establish both market and target customer strategies. 
  • Prepare an annual marketing plan and provide regular updates and revisions to the Managing Director
  • Maintain current knowledge of market and industry trends, competitors and leading customer strategies.
  • Maintain an active presence and act as a key contributor to the leadership team providing feedback on new product development and marketing initiatives.
  • Ensure the sales team have adequate support and resources to meet and exceed targets.
  • Create, develop and execute a compelling and creative content strategy with a strong SEO focus.
  • Maintain website including ongoing development to improve user experience.
  • Forecast, manage and reconcile marketing campaign budgets.
  • Prepare a business case for new product lines, proactively monitor competitor product and pricing movements and develop go-to-market campaigns for new products.
  • Coordinate stands and any other associated paraphernalia required for trade exhibitions, conferences and industry events.
  • Create Sales Support materials – launches, new product developments, reviews, email signatures, Brochures and EDM’s. Ensure brand standards are maintained at all touchpoints.
  • Create and execute the social strategy with the goal to increase audience and engagement across all channels.
  • Coordinate project photography.
Skills & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a marketing role with demonstrated experience developing and executing marketing strategy.
  • Graphic design skills are favoured but not necessary. 
  • Extremely organised with excellent attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate across departments, particularly with the national sales team.
  • Digital specialist with the ability to adopt new technologies easily.
