Civil Supervisor
Brisbane - Western Suburbs | Full Time
A well-established family-owned Tier 3 Civil Contractor with 50 years of operating history in Queensland is seeking an experienced Civil Supervisor to join their team on a permanent basis.
This business has built a strong reputation delivering bespoke civil construction projects across South East Queensland including urban realm upgrades, landscaping, building interface works and marine infrastructure. Following the recent award of two Government infrastructure projects in Brisbane's western corridor, the business is now looking to appoint an experienced Supervisor to support delivery on these projects and contribute to their continued growth.
About the Role
Working closely with the Project Manager and site team, the Civil Supervisor will oversee day-to-day site activities ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to program.

About the Role

- Earthworks
- Pavements
- Stormwater infrastructure
- Road surfacing
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily site operations
- Manage subcontractors, plant and labour on site
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental and quality standards
- Monitor program, productivity and site performance
- Liaise with project managers, engineers and client representatives
- Support delivery within brownfield urban environments
We are interested in speaking with experienced Supervisors who have:
- 5+ years' civil construction experience
- Background working with Tier 2 or Tier 3 Civil Contractors
- Proven experience delivering projects in urban/brownfield environments
- Strong leadership and site coordination skills
- Experience delivering earthworks, drainage and pavement packages
