Job description
We are looking for a Levy Investigation Officer to join our client, an NSW State government agency, on a contractual basis.
The role is responsible for conducting levy investigations and issuing sanctions for administrative breaches in respect of the legislation.
Key accountabilities:
• Handle administrative enquiries relating to sanctions from both the public and departmental personnel by supplying correct and relevant information.
• Assess evidence and process sanctions notices issued by operational personnel.
• Ensure the accuracy of information contained on databases/systems by verifying and correcting errors indicated by daily reports or other sources.
• Facilitate ongoing development and improvement of systems and processes through provision of advice on operational needs and best practice work methods.
• Consistently meet team targets in a high-volume processing environment.
• Work effectively in a team and fostering the trust, needs, cooperation and objects of the team.

- Hybrid Role - Work from the Department's Mascot Office and home
- $470 - $590 per day + super

- Eligibility work full-time in Australia
- Previous experience in a similar role is highly essential
Demonstrated high-level knowledge of investigative analysis - Strong experience with Microsoft Packages
