We are currently working in partnership with a Sydney based builder who have strong ties within the data centre and health sector. They have operated out of Sydney for the past 10 years and have recently secured a number of new projects. They take on complex projects within the new build and refurbishment sectors ranging from $5m up to $100m. 

Due to consistently delivering on promises made they are now the builder of choice for several blue chip clients

The Project
  
They have been approach by one of regular clients to deliver a $100m Heavy refurbishment project in the Inner West. the job itself is the second stage of a successful project which involves both structural changes to an existing building and significant amount of services installation. 

Due to the specialist nature of work, previous experience working within sectors that are "services heavy" such as the health & data centre sector would be an advantagous. 

The Role

You will be reporting directly into the Senior Site Manager 

To be considered for this role you will have: 

• You'll be a carpenter or potential mechanical engineer who is capable of supervising 
• You will have good overall understanding of main contactor building 
• Experience on services heavy jobs is essential  
• Have the ambition to progress your career
