Our client is a progressive commercial builder who is headed up by a respected veteran in the Sydney market. Strong focus on aged care projects however also complete educational, medical and heritage works valuing up to $20M

The Position
You will be joining an existing project in the Wollongong region. The current Leading Hand is moving across to operate the crane and the incumbent will take over their duties. You will be supporting a highly experience and well-respected Site Manager in a hands on and supervisory position.
Ideally you will live local to the area as my client requires someone to open and close the site daily.
You will be employed on a full-time basis for the duration of the project which is 8 months. Should the company secure forwarding work you will be kept on.

- Carpentry trade with management/coordination experience on commercial / aged care projects
- Telehandler Ticket
- Traffic control ticket
- First Aid certificate
- Dogman Ticket – advantageous
