About the Company

A NSW builder who were established over 25 years ago are well known in the industry and have strong links to the Master Builder Association. They are known for having an excellent staff retention rate and due to several successful tenders, they are looking to bring in a new Leading hand who can grow through the company and become a Site Manager.
 
The company operates across commercial, retail, industrial, government and residential sectors delivering both new build and refurbishment projects up to $20m in value.  They are continually winning repeat business across the country with multiple satisfied clients.
 
About the Role – Leading Hand

Due to an internal promotion a new opportunity has a risen to join the team. Initially to assist on a large high-end refurbishment in the heart of the CBD.  You will be reporting into a quality Site Manager who has been at the company for over 10 years and progress through from Leading Hand. You will be responsible for driving and supervising trades and assisting with the day to day running of site.  

Skills and Experience 

• Proficient with set out and construction
• Worked on commercial / industrial construction projects
• Come from a trade background
• Able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
