Senior CA / Project Manager with ref. 3322171

The Company:

Operating for some 5 years, this Building contractor are enjoying sustained growth across all sectors which is why they are looking for a Project Manager on a full-time basis. Sutherland Shire Based.

The Role:

As the Project Manager you will naturally get involved in the financial, project delivery, client management elements however working for this builder you will be exposed to a whole lot more. Our client is looking for someone who has a head for business and is able to work with clients in a proactive manner. You will also get involved in front end work winning strategies and assist in growing the business. Your energy, enthusiasm and keenness for career development will be a key attribute to your success.

Projects:

Project very in size and complexity, mainly based around Hospitality, commercial fit outs, refurbishments, high-end homes and boutique duplexes. Projects range from $500k to $10m.
You will ideally have exposure to Procore, however not essential.
