With a strong pipeline for 2020 and turning over $1m+ monthly in joinery they are actively seeking a Project Manager to join their team. They drive excellence through design and can delivery on time and budget. Born out of highly regarding building professionals which have created a professional and prosperous working environment.

The Role

• Based in the state-of-the-art facilities in Sydney’s Inner West
• Management of Joinery Projects from inception through to completion
• Management of budgets, timeline and varies via Jobpac/Procore
• OHS and contract negotiations through to project handover
• Running multiple projects simultaneously depending on size
• Quality control and assurance
• Coordination of trades
• Interstate travel will be required
• Company cars available 
• Reporting to the Joinery Director

About you:

• Previous experience in Construction Project Management
• Qualifications in Engineering, Construction Management or Joinery Trade desired
• Excellent communication skills
• High understanding of Joinery trade
