About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated HVAC technician to join an independently owned contractor who have been in the Sydney market for over 30 years.

This role offers a balanced mix of service and installation work, with roughly 50% of your time dedicated to service and 50% to installations.

You will primarily be working on commercial projects, with occasional involvement in mixed-use sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Service and maintain a variety of HVAC systems, ensuring optimal performance
• Install new HVAC systems, including VRF (Variable Refrigerant Flow) and split systems
• Work with ductwork systems, ensuring installations are performed to the highest standard
• Diagnose and repair faults in HVAC systems
• Liaise with clients and provide excellent customer service
• Ensure all work complies with industry safety standards

Requirements:

• Proven experience with VRF and split systems
• Good knowledge of ductwork installation and maintenance
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HVAC service and installations
• Relevant HVAC trade qualification and certifications
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
