This is an opportunity to step into a true No.1 role and take ownership of a 9-month build from demolition through to completion.

You will take the reins of what is a high-profile $3M project in Carrum Downs.

The development involves:

• Complex and detailed demolition works
• New structural construction
• Delivery of four brand-new tenancies

Your Responsibilities

• Lead all on-site activities as the primary Site Manager
• Manage subcontractors across demolition, structure, and fit-out phases
• Program and sequence works to meet milestones
• Uphold HSEQ requirements and site compliance
• Conduct toolbox talks, inductions, and site meetings
• Oversee reporting, scheduling, and stakeholder communication
• Ensure quality control from early works through to handover

About You:

• 5 + years' minimum experience as a No.1 Site Manager
• Strong exposure to demolition and structural packages
• Confident managing multiple trades simultaneously
• Excellent planning, communication, and leadership capability
• Highly safety-focused with strong quality standards
• Comfortable running projects autonomously from establishment to completion
