About the Role

We are looking for a skilled HVAC Estimator with a strong background in commercial projects to support their continued growth.

In this role, you will be responsible for preparing detailed and accurate cost estimates for a range of HVAC projects, with values up to $7 million.

You will work closely with our project management and engineering teams to deliver high-quality tenders and support relationships with leading construction partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate cost estimates for commercial HVAC projects.
• Analyse drawings, specifications, and project documentation.
• Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors for pricing.
• Support tender submissions and presentations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project feasibility and alignment with company capabilities.
• Maintain a strong understanding of industry standards and market rates.

About You

• Minimum 3 years of HVAC estimating experience within Australia.
• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Proven experience tendering for commercial projects up to $7 million.
• Familiarity with local codes, regulations, and industry standards.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and time management skills.
• Experience working with Tier 1 and 2 builders highly regarded.
