The Role
As our HVAC Account Manager, you will be the key link between our clients and our field service team, ensuring work is quoted accurately, materials are ordered, and jobs are delivered efficiently.
You will bring your hands-on technical knowledge to the table, providing expert advice while managing multiple client accounts.

Key Responsibilities
- Client Management – Build and maintain strong relationships, providing expert guidance and solutions.
- Quoting & Job Planning – Scope, price, and quote jobs, ensuring cost-effective solutions.
- Materials & Logistics – Order and prepare materials to keep projects running smoothly.
- Collaboration – Work closely with technicians and coordinators to ensure seamless job execution.
- Technical Support – Use your HVAC expertise to troubleshoot and support the team as needed.
- Cert 3 Air Con / Refrigeration with a strong technical background.
- Experience in quoting service works
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to work autonomously and hit the ground running.
- FPAS accreditation is highly regarded but not essential
