Our client is a mid-tier engineering design consultancy and a specialist in the structural engineering design sector.
The role:
HR and Marketing Coordinator in a hybrid role, required to manage the company's two divisions. You will work closely with the 4 company Directors, and have a huge amount of initiative to not need any guidance.

HR Elements:
- Manage all recruitment, onboarding and exit processes
- Main point of contact for HR enquiries
- Update, maintain, create policies and procedures as required
- Issue all contracts of employment
- Support initiative to building brand attraction
- Ensure HR compliance is meticulously kept
- Assist with training and development, culture and retention
- Adhoc administration
- Payroll
- Website maintenance and copy-writing through Wordpress
- Maintaining brand, documents and templates
- Manage the LinkedIn
- Assisting with the collation of bids, EOI's, submissions and tenders - coordinating the engineers and designers etc on getting the contracts together
- Capability statements and organisational charts
- Experience in a similar role within an Engineering or Construction firm
- Qualifications in either Marketing, HR or both would be favourable
- Must have used Wordpress
- Indesign is a bonus, not essential
- Must have confident eye for detail and be a strong writer - essential for both Marketing & HR elements
- Must be someone who doesn't need to be micromanaged - needs initiative
- Strong Microsoft Office
- Flexible start and finish times within reason
- Training and development provided
