The Role:

• Play a leading integral role ensuring and reviewing proposed works are cost effective, compliant, and aligned with the school’s blueprint. 
• Support Senior Executives in providing guidance on works and dispute resolution. 
• Coordinate project proposals, presentations and providing recommendations to Senior Executives.
• Execute and manage workflow for approved preconstruction projects ensuring local compliance and procedures
• Track, evaluate and reporting of current and proposed projects across budgets, design, programme.
• Ensuring programme alignment and integrations across teaching, learning and IT etc.
• Communicate strategic advice and recommendations on cost, programmes, design and procedures.   

About you:

• Tertiary education in Architecture, Construction Management or similar. 
• 5+ years’ experience in project management across multiple projects/sites.
• Experienced in Project/Design direction within the Education, multi-site or fitout sectors.
• Ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders. 
• Knowledge of contemporary and innovative learning or fitout environments.
• Leadership capabilities and ability to improve and adjust procedures.
• Effective planning and proactive work ethics.
