Our client is a premier Gold Coast builder-developer with a reputation for delivering high-end, sophisticated residential landmarks.
We are currently seeking a powerhouse General Foreman with a "structure-first" mindset to be part of the team on their latest $65M luxury apartment project in the heart of Palm Beach.
The Role
As the General Foreman, you will be the driving force on-site, reporting to your Site Manager and Project Manager who are also based on site. This project involves a complex build with high-end finishes, but your initial and primary focus will be the successful execution of the structural phase.

- Master the Structure: Oversee all structural elements, including bulk excavation, piling, post-tensioned slabs, and vertical elements.
- Lead the Crew: Direct sub-contractors and site labour with authority and clarity to ensure the program stays on track.
- Quality & Safety: Maintain their high standards for site safety and uncompromising build quality.
- Problem Solving: Proactively identify and resolve technical site issues before they impact the critical path.
- Structural Experts: You have a proven track record of managing the structural cycle of mid-to-high-rise residential builds
- Gold Coast Experience: Local knowledge of ground conditions and local trades is highly regarded.
- Leadership: A "firm but fair" approach with the ability to motivate teams and hit milestones.
- Longevity: A history of seeing projects through from "hole in the ground" to completion.
