Contracts Administrator

Job description

A well-established commercial builder is delivering a $5m childcare project on Brisbane’s northside and is seeking a Contract Administrator to join the team.
This role offers strong project ownership, exposure across the full CA function, and the support of an experienced delivery team.

The Role
  • Contract administration on a $5m childcare development
  • Procurement and letting of subcontract packages
  • Managing variations, progress claims, and cost reporting
  • Supporting the Project Manager and site team
  • Liaising with subcontractors and consultants
  • Using Jobpac for cost tracking and contract administration
What We’re Looking For
  • 1–4 years’ experience as a Contract Administrator or Junior CA
  • Commercial construction experience (childcare, education or similar ideal)
  • Jobpac experience highly regarded
  • Solid understanding of contracts, procurement, and cost control
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Construction-related degree or trade background preferred
