The Role

Due to strategic growth, an exciting opportunity has opened for a Project Engineer to join the Sydney team and work under a veteran Construction Manager. You will initially join a larger project however fairly quickly be given the opportunity to run $3M jobs as a Project Manager with a very clear career pathway into the role long term
  
Your day-to-day:
  • Assist in the planning, coordination, and delivery fitout/refurbishment and light industrial projects across hospitality and commercial sectors
  • Liaise with site teams, subcontractors, and consultants to ensure smooth project execution
  • Manage documentation, design, and project reporting
  • Identify and resolve technical or design based ssues
  • You will work as part of a team reporting into a Project Manager however in line with career development be given smaller projects to run as a Junior Project Manager
What you’ll bring:
  • Tertiary qualification in Construction Management or Engineering
  • 3–5 years’ experience with a commercial builder working on projects valued from $3M - $30M
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability use Procore, Hammertech
  • Current driver’s licence required.
  • Ambitious and motivated to progress your career towards Project Management.
Salary will depend on experience however figures of between $150K - $170K  can be expected.
