Our client, a well-established builder in the Sydney market, is searching for a talented General Foreman to join their team as 2IC on a $20 million project in Port Macquarie. With a decade of experience and a network of reputable clients and subcontractors, they specialise in delivering high-end, complex builds ranging from $5m to $100m.
The Role
As 2IC, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of all parts of the project which is 2 stage demo and refurbishment of a high-end health facility. You will work closely with the Site Manager and Project Manager to guarantee timely delivery and quality standards are met, while also leading and supervising a team of trades.
