- Day shift: Monday – Friday, 5:00am – 3:30pm

The role
As a skilled Maintenance Fitter, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing a range of plant and equipment to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable operations. The role involves preventative maintenance, fault finding, breakdown response, and continuous improvement activities within a safety-focused workplace.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and repair mobile and fixed plant equipment.
- Conduct diagnostics and fault finding on mechanical systems.
- Perform preventative and reactive maintenance to minimise downtime.
- Respond promptly to breakdowns in a high-demand environment.
- Carry out welding and fabrication tasks as required.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across plant operations.
- Promote and adhere to site safety policies and procedures.
- Trade qualified (Certificate III in Engineering or equivalent).
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a maintenance role within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
- Welding and oxy-cutting experience desirable but not essential.
- Willingness to learn and develop skills in a specialised industry.
- Strong commitment to safety, reliability, and teamwork.
- Physically fit and able to pass medical, drug & alcohol screening.
- Full Australian working rights and ability to pass a police check.
