The company
Our client is a builder/developer who is just starting to build a large $240M apartment build just outside the Brisbane CBD. They already have some key staff on board to deliver the project and are looking to bolster their team with an experienced Finishing Foreman.
The role – Finishing Foreman
We are looking for an experienced Foreman who has had previous experience on high rise residential projects. You will be working under/alongside the Site Manager and will report to your Project Manager who is also based on the project.
The project is located just outside the Brisbane CBD and will run for at least two years.

- Previous experience on high rise apartment builds
- Experience with a Tier 1 or Tier 2 builder
- Trade background
- Stability with previous employers
- Able to work in a team
- 5 day week
- Top end $$$$
- Be part of a landmark project
